The OEM fuel filter is awesome, even up to 800whp. Aftermarket replacement fuel filters have a paper filter element that flows a lot less and clogs easily on cars with rusty tanks. Since Toyota discontinued the OEM filter, we've been installing this DeatschWerks 6AN Fuel Filter with a stainless steel 5 micron filter element. This fits into the stock filter bracket.
