Walbro 525LPH E85 Compatible Fuel pump.
This is the revised version that is ethanol friendly.
The original Walbro 400 is NOT E85 compatible
At 75psi fuel pressure (30psi boost + 45psi Base pressure) this outflows a single standard Walbro 255 by 60%.
After years of "Why isn't this upgraded single pump delivering as advertised?" we decied to offer a complete kit that provides the absolute maximum fuel flow from a single internal pump. This has been tested at 600whp on 5SGTE engines and 700whp on 2GR turbo engines. This kit saves approximately $900 over dual pump options. Kit includes:
GENUINE Walbro 525lph "Hellcat" pump
Special larger fuel pickup sock - about three times larger than a normal 255 sock
Fuel resistant hose and worm clamps
Wiring pigtail and butt splices. Don't be a hero and solder/heat shrink. Gasoline/Ethanol dissolves most heat shrink.
Upgraded fuel pump relay and PNP harness (harness not shown). We have found significant voltage drop from the rear fusebox where the fuel pump relay is to the fuel pump. This kit integrates a new relay that pulls power off the battery just inches from the fuel tank. Plus it's a thicker gauge wire.
Upgraded fuel hose to factory fuel filter. The whole point of this hose is to get rid of the factory tiny banjo bolt fitting on the bottom of the fuel filter. This hose kit includes a -6 fuel filter adapter and custom inverted flare adapter that attaches to the factory fuel tank hardline.
Note - this wil absolutely overpower a stock fuel pressure regulator. You will need an aftermarket fuel pressure regualtor.
Note - tested on SW20, should fit AW11, will not fit ST185 or ST205

Red Battery - run through firewall, crimp red wires together, heat the heat shrink and then connect to battery
