The stock turbine housing is restrictive. Regardless of the compressor wheel, every other CT26 upgrade caps out by 275whp.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe worked with a local machine shop to devise a CNC operation that reshaped the twin entry nozzle of the factory exhaust housing. This operation opens up the nozzle size to increase power, but also smooths the direction of flow where the two entries merge to reduce turbo lag.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThis is still a journal bearing turbo, therefore we recommend Valvoline VR1 oil.
